1 pound of rhubarb, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 cup white sugar
1 pack of strawberry-flavored jelly mix
1 package of yellow cake mix
1/4 cup melted margarine
1 cup of water
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with butter.
Spread the rhubarb evenly on the bottom of the buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle the rhubarb with sugar, then the gelatin mixture, and finally the cake mix.
