Answer from Dave Consiglio:

What do you think about Barack Obama's farewell letter to Donald Trump?

I think it was a perfectly good misuse of ink.

Wait for me. Obama's letter reflects with noble clarity the essential differences between the two men. Mr. Obama was by no means a perfect man, but he understood the importance of kindness, compassion, and partisan boundaries.

He is not his successor.

Obama realized there was no need to sever ties unless there was no other option. He praised the Republican Party, tried to reach across the aisle, and never blamed his political opponents. For example, he ran against John McCain, and during the 2008 campaign he said basic things about politics, but he never insulted McCain himself. In fact, he was very conscious of the organizations supported by the military and taxpayers. He paid special attention to expressing the boundaries between personal and governmental matters. In fact, he worked hard to get Republican support for his bill on the ACA as well. Seeing that they were colluding against him, he inevitably took what he could from the Democrats.

In other words, President Trump appears to be cutting ties with his political partners, although his reasons are unclear. He always insults Democrats and Republicans as often as possible, especially when making decisions. He mocked John McCain for being caught in the middle of a war and insulted Marco Rubio's short stature (PS: he's 5 feet, 10 inches tall). He also consistently says blatantly bigoted, sexist, and homophobic things, insulting entire groups of people, including potential voters. It insults not only him but also the leaders who help him advance his policies. President Obama said pioneers were often praised for military action and reprimanded for inaction. Given enough time, Obama will be recognized as one of the better presidents. We can't put him in the same league as Lincoln or Washington, but his accomplishments (implementing the nuclear deal in Iran, establishing relations with Cuba, colossal conquests of national welfare, demanding and ultimately complying with the National Security Treaty), general changes in military control, and LGBTQ+ rights in national government will save us from one war, prompt us to end another, and (most importantly) free the nation from its domination. Don't miss out on letting go. Given the world's absolutely horrific financial retreat (which took less than 8 years for monetary security and development and 75 years), he would be high on the list of successful presidents.

Trump is perceived as someone who seeks to build bigotry, patriotism, and elitism. Banning transgender people from serving in the military, attempting to erect barriers to keep "illegal aliens" out, tacitly supporting the KKK, and overall racial profiling, voter disillusionment, and racial A man who encouraged acts of discrimination. Those who seek to lower the level of social security contributions will also be able to reduce the taxes of ordinary citizens who can pay the most. I think it's natural for him to be perceived as divisive, oppressive, and a disappointment.

What do you think about President Obama's letter? I think it was a well-intentioned effort to convey the weight of the presidency to a man who doesn't have the mental capacity to understand it. It was the intellectual musings of a knowledgeable researcher and noble man, passed down by a man who admires competent wrestling and a good show. After all, it is the idealistic expectations of men who clearly value their lovers, young daughters, and wives that lead them to reject their spouses, emphasize the "hotness" of their daughters, and pursue women. It was passed down to men. Incorrect.

That was totally awesome ink misuse.

President Obama, thank you for your hard work. Maybe I'm wrong about that. Maybe it wasn't a waste. In any case, based on our current situation, I believe this letter was addressed to the president's descendants, not President Postior.
