Easy Crock Pot Sloppy Joes

What you need:

2 pounds of ground chuck
12 oz. jar chili sauce
1 medium onion (chopped)
1/2 c. bell pepper (diced)
1 celery stick (diced)
Sweet Cucumber Relish 2T
Worcestershire sauce 
1 teaspoon salt
Black pepper 1/8
teaspoon garlic powder 1/8t
red pepper flakes (optional)

What you do:

In a large skillet, add browned ground beef, onion, celery, and bell pepper. drain. Place ground meat and vegetables in a 3.5 or higher Dutch oven. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Cook on low heat for 4 hours. Enjoy a hamburger bun.

spicy country-style crock pot ribs

What you need:

3–4 pounds of country-style pork ribs
Fajita seasoning mix 1 package
1 cup of water
1 onion (sliced) and
1 clove of garlic (chopped)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Granule beef soup 1t
1t red chili flakes (optional)

What you do:
Heat oil in a large pot. Place the ribs on a large plate and rub with fajita seasoning (reserving any excess seasoning left on the plate). Place the ribs in the skillet and sear over high heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Place the ribs in the bottom of a pot that is at least 3.5 inches wide. Top with ribs and onions. In a small bowl, combine water, garlic, bouillon granules, extra fajita seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Pour the mixture over the ribs. Simmer over low heat for 7 to 9 hours or until desired tenderness.

What you need:

15–16 oz. cans of refried beans
4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated;
1 cup picante sauce;
black olives, sliced (optional) 

What you do:

Combine refried beans, cheddar cheese, and picante sauce in a small saucepan. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours or until cheese is melted and bean dip is heated through. Top with sliced black olives. If you have a large quantity, you can double the ingredients.
