We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and skipping breakfast is not a good habit. Raw ham and egg panini

material:

8 large eggs

kosher salt and black pepper

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 soft rolls (half lengthwise)

8 ounces of prosciutto, thinly sliced

8 ounces of thinly sliced Swiss cheese 

Method:

In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the eggs, and mix until everything is cooked through.
Divide the eggs between the bottom halves of the buns.
Place the prosciutto and cheese on top and the top of the bun.
Melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter in a grill pan or large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Place both sandwiches in the pot. Press down with a spatula or weigh down the sandwich by placing bread on top and cooking until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown, 4 to 6 minutes.
Repeat this process for the remaining sandwiches.

scrambled egg taco

material:

4 large eggs

kosher salt and black pepper

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

4 warmed corn tortillas

1/2 avocado, thinly sliced

1/4 cup salsa

1/4 cup Monterey Jack (sliced)

2 tablespoons fresh coriander

Method:

Whisk eggs in a medium bowl with 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper.
Heat the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook eggs, stirring, until set but still soft, 2 to 3 minutes. Divide the eggs among the tortillas.
Spread evenly and top with avocado, salsa, Monterey Jack, and cilantro.

Easy chocolate croissant

material:

1 chilled croissant (8 pieces)

1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips or chopped semisweet chocolate

Method:

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Stretch the dough and divide it into 8 triangles.
Place about 10 chocolate chips in the bottom third of each triangle, and wrap the dough around the chocolate. Transfer the croissants to a baking sheet (line with parchment paper if desired for easier cleanup).
Bake for 12–14 minutes until golden brown. Serve it warm or at room temperature.

ham and spinach egg sandwich

material:

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 large eggs

2 whole wheat English muffins (divided and toasted)

1 cup baby spinach

2 pieces of deli ham

kosher salt and black pepper

Hot sauce for serving (optional)

Method:

Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and fry the eggs for 2 to 3 minutes, until the yolks are slightly runny and of the desired doneness.
Make two sandwiches with English muffins, fried eggs, spinach, and ham. Season with 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper.
Serve with hot sauce, if desired.

Hearty oatmeal and soft-boiled eggs

material:

1/2 cup quick-cook oatmeal

coarse salt and coarsely ground pepper,

non-stick cooking spray

1 large egg

2 tablespoons grated sharp cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion

Method:

Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan.
Add the oats and a pinch of salt. Then stir, reduce heat, and simmer until tender, about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Add eggs and cook until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny, about 3 minutes.
Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
Place oatmeal in a bowl and add cheese, eggs, and green onions.
