Eating out has become a pastime for American families everywhere. In fact, we do it all too often. Why this? Because cooking at home is time-consuming, not fun, and inconvenient for most people, Well, it doesn't have to be that way anymore. Drew Laughlin has published a new book called Crock-pot Soup Recipes: 53 Delicious, Healthy, and Super Easy Slow Cooker Soup and Stew Recipes. Drew is committed to making our lives easier by providing easy-to-cook recipes that save time and money and lead to healthier lives.

Drew recently explained: "Most of us eat out too much, myself included. It's unhealthy and expensive." I wanted to write a book with easy recipes that were delicious, fun, cheap to make, and healthy. I think I achieved that with this book.”

When I received Drew's book, I immediately noticed three things about him. First, it's completed. Secondly, there was a huge list of recipes. As it turned out, every recipe was easy to follow. Well, all but one. This is "New Orleans-style chicken noodle soup." What it lacks in lightness, it makes up for in taste. When I say this book is complete, I mean that not only does it feature 53 recipes, but it also includes an introductory section that details the Dutch oven and slow cooker, commonly known as the "crockpot." It's included. We've also included a complete list of items to keep in your pantry so you can make soup recipes anytime. I found this very useful.

Next is a list of 53 recipes. Not all of these are luxurious, top-of-the-line meals. However, they are all healthy and delicious dishes that can be made quickly. There are several different versions of the same recipe. Drew said, “Not everyone likes meals prepared the same way, so we added some similar dishes, but with a little twist on each one.”

As it turns out, I haven't cooked all the recipes Drew offers. However, every dish I made was excellent. They are all easy to prepare, easy to cook, and very inexpensive. Oh yeah, everything was delicious! If you're looking for an easy alternative to eating out, Drew's book might be for you.
