For example, which benefit would you get if you had a mobile gas stove or a vegetable cutter? Would it save you time if the machine diced and sliced your vegetables for you? Although the busyness has stopped for a while, take the time to check all your catering equipment, record items in stock, and repair or replace commercial kitchen equipment as needed.
