Sara Ali Khan made an amazing transformation from 96kg to 46 kg. 

It was not easy for Sara Ali Khan to transform from a beautiful little girl at the wedding of Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor, a popular Bollywood star. 

In a recent interview with Koffee With Karan Season 6, Sara Ali Khan talked about her switch from pizza to salad and from sleep to cardio. 

When Sara was asked how she started her fitness journey, she said, “I just started working out every day, running on a treadmill, listening to Hindi Bollywood songs, and eating right; that's why I started doing it." Since he is very fat, he does more aerobic activities such as walking and cycling and may lose weight before doing exercise and physical activity. 

For Sara, work is a combination of movements, not just relying on one type of movement. From Pilates to strength training, bootcamp training, and cardio, Sarah puts her best foot forward in all forms of exercise. He likes to change things up, so he improves his fitness through a combination of exercises, including boxing, Pilates, and cardio. Sara also talked about her fitness regime, which includes Kathak, yoga, Pilates, and vigorous exercise. He exercises for an hour and a half every day. Sunday was no exception.

Breakfast: Sarah likes idlis, eggs, and toast for breakfast. 

Lunch: She likes chapati, dal, salad, vegetables, and some fruits. 

Evening snack: His evening snack includes a bowl of upma to keep his energy levels up. Dinner: In the evening, Sara chooses a light lunch, perhaps pancakes and green vegetables. 


One thing Sarah adds to her diet is chicken and eggs. (His favorite!). 

Sara Ali Khan's pre-workout meal is a bowl of cereal with some oats and fruit. Tofu, salad, nuts, and protein shakes are a great post-workout fix.
