Yogurt-marinated chicken thighs

method 

Combine yogurt, oil, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, mixed spices, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Add the chicken, making sure each leg is completely coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
Braai is suitable for grilling chicken over medium heat. Place the drumsticks on the grill and grill for about 2 minutes. 30 minutes, changing frequently.

Stir in salt, pepper, garlic, and mixed herbs. Brush the shrimp with olive oil and rub with salt, pepper, garlic, and mixed herbs.
Cook in braai skottel over medium-high heat for 2 minutes or until cooked through.
Place lettuce leaves on a plate and top with the carrot mixture, shrimp, and avocado. Top with the lemon juice mixture and chopped peanuts.

Combine lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, mixed herbs, garlic, and pork seasoning in a large mixing bowl. Add pork, onions, and peppers and stir-fry well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
To grill the pork, you'll need to heat the braai over medium-high heat. Thread pork, onions, and peppers onto skewers. Brush the grill with olive oil. Bake the braai kebab for about 10–15 minutes, turning frequently to ensure even cooking. Serve with pita and hummus or with fragrant jasmine rice.
